ROLE DESCRIPTION

What is your role?

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will support the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning solutions that help improve manufacturing performance, reduce defects, and enable smarter decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical curiosity, hands-on Python experience, and interest in applying machine learning in real business and manufacturing environments.Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:· Support the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models and pipelines.· Work with machine learning, data science, data engineering, and IT teams to move models and solutions into usable environments.· Assist with data preparation, model training, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.· Contribute to continuous improvement by learning new tools, identifying issues, and proposing technical solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

What do you need to have?·

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.· 0 to 2 years of experience in machine learning, data science, data engineering, software engineering, or related technical projects.· Hands-on experience with Python and ability to explain previous academic, personal, or professional projects.· Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, model training, data pipelines, and deployment processes.· Familiarity with Python libraries or frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, or similar.· Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and able to take initiative without waiting for step-by-step instructions.· Advanced English skills, with ability to communicate, read, and write in technical and business environments.
