Role Purpose
As a Manufacturing Finance Business Partner, you will support product line leadership by providing financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight that drive profitable growth and sound business decisions. This role is key to understanding revenue, margin, and operating performance across carrier assembly product lines while helping ensure strong financial controls and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment and help translate complex data into clear recommendations for leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product line and business leaders to support financial planning, decision-making, and short- and long-term strategy
- Develop and manage forecasts, budgets, operating expense plans, and long-range financial outlooks, identifying risks and opportunities
- Analyze revenue, cost, and margin trends to provide actionable insights that improve profitability and business performance
- Support financial compliance with local regulations, GAAP, internal policies, and documentation requirements, including SOX-related controls
Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing, operations finance, product line finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles
- Strong experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis
- Ability to work with large data sets and convert complex information into clear business insights and recommendations
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other financial or analytics tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization
- Advanced problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency in a professional business environment
Experiences/Education - Desired
- Experience in cost modeling, manufacturing finance, or product costing
- Exposure to Power BI, PeopleSoft, Longview/Khalix, statistical analysis, or forecast modeling tools
- Knowledge of GAAP, SOX controls, and financial compliance processes
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
