Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Role Purpose

Responsable de mantener y coordinar la operación, el cambio y el programa de producción, administrar los recursos en función de las necesidades del turno en el área y asistir en la planificación de los recursos en operación.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitorear y registrar el molde en cada máquina
  • Asegúrese de que los equipos y procesos cumplan y mantengan los resultados de producción estándar
  • Trabaje en estrecha colaboración con personal de tooling, mantenimiento, producción, calidad y el ingeniero de procesos para programar cualquier trabajo de herramientas que se requiera
  • Mantener y mejorar las prácticas de fabricación existentes para la fabricación de productos terminados.
  • Proporcionar ideas y acciones correctivas para los problemas de fabricación en curso
  • Mantener actualizadas las hojas de configuración en las máquinas en todo momento y guarde una nueva hoja de configuración con el número de máquina correcto y la última fecha.
  • Mantener el tiempo de ciclo estándar en todas las máquinas en todo momento
  • Mantener las protecciones de seguridad en las máquinas de moldeo para una efectividad óptima.
  • Asistencia en paradas y puestas en marcha

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachillerato tecnologico o licenciatura concluida
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en actividades de moldeo
  • Disponibilidad de rol de turnos
