What is your role?
The Global Information Security Manager leads information security efforts across OCS locations in North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role is responsible for driving security standards, governance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and technology environments. The position partners closely with engineering, operations, IT, HR, Security, and corporate stakeholders to protect sensitive information, support new technologies, and strengthen information security culture across the organization.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
- Lead the deployment of information security strategies, standards, and governance processes across global OCS operations
- Assess information security vulnerabilities and drive audit, mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across sites
- Partner with engineering, technology, and manufacturing teams to protect trade secrets during new program introductions and equipment installations
- Collaborate with plant leaders, corporate teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence security culture and ensure sustainable compliance and execution
REQUIREMENTS
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in information security or related areas
- Experience developing and deploying information security policies, standards, and tactical plans
- Strong experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with global or multisite exposure
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership teams
- Availability to travel internationally as needed
- English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish
