Role Purpose
The AM Footprint Program 2026 role is responsible for supporting and coordinating plant-to-plant product transfer initiatives to optimize manufacturing footprint capacity and space utilization. This position supports the Regional Project Engineering Portfolio through project execution, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the AM Footprint Program 2026, focused on plant-to-plant product transfers.
- Coordinate activities required to optimize manufacturing footprint and space utilization across plants.
- Manage and follow up on project plans, timelines, and deliverables within the Regional Project Engineering Portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders involved in transfer and footprint optimization initiatives.
- Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities, and support the implementation of solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and provide status updates, documentation, and reporting related to project progress and program attainment.
- Contribute to the achievement of 100% program attainment through effective planning, execution, and coordination.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Project Engineering, or related fields.
