Role Purpose
Support the Tool Shop and Additive Manufacturing area through the digital management of 3D printers and laser engraving equipment, as well as the optimization of material Kanban systems. This role is intended to improve manufacturing support processes, contribute to business maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the digital management and monitoring of 3D printers and laser engraving equipment.
- Assist in the optimization and control of material Kanban systems to improve availability and efficiency.
- Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing support processes and equipment efficiency.
- Support maintenance-related activities for manufacturing tools and equipment, as required.
- Assist in the design or modification of parts and tooling using CAD software.
- Participate in activities related to additive manufacturing and prototyping processes.
- Help document workflows, operating guidelines, and improvement initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing needs and business continuity.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in progress in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of CAD.
- Understanding of measurement systems.
- Basic knowledge of materials.
- Knowledge or interest in 3D printing and additive manufacturing processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
