Role Purpose

Support the development of innovative quality programs through data analytics and digital tools by creating dashboards, applications, and automated solutions that improve visibility of quality metrics. This role will help transform raw quality data into actionable insights, enable defect-trend analysis, and support the transition from paper-based logs to digital forms and Power Apps, driving a more proactive approach to quality management.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of dashboards and applications for quality metrics using Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Analyze raw quality data to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help digitalize paper-based quality logs into electronic forms or Power Apps solutions.
  • Create reports and dashboards that provide real-time visibility of quality performance.
  • Assist in the automation of quality data collection and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to understand reporting needs and operational challenges.
  • Support defect-trend analytics to help identify risks and drive proactive quality actions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of tools that improve monitoring and decision-making.
  • Participate in projects related to quality engineering, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and reporting consistency.

 

 

Required Education

  • Currently enrolled on a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Technology, IT, Programming, or related fields.

  • Data analytics and data visualization skills.
  • Programming knowledge; Python is desirable.
  • Interest in quality engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
