Process Engineering Supervisor

 

Lead and/or direct engineering resources in the development and improvement of processes and equipment. Achieve low cost manufacturing, superior quality/service and improved capability/capacity

 

•            Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering

•            5+ years of experience as Manufacturing Engineer

•            Conversational English

•            Leadership

•            Advanced Excel skills

•            SAP process knowledge

•            Basic programming logic understanding

•            Statistical process control knowledge

•            Basic reporting understanding (FPY, defects, etc)

•            Manufacturing process understanding

•            Tracking system understanding (MES - Manufacturing Execution System)

•            Change Management keen knowledge

•            Process documentation skills (Windchill process knowledge as a plus)

•            Presentation skills

•            Shared services

•            Basic Maintenance understanding

•            Polishers, Data-pixel, FVA, JIGs equipment basic knowledge

•            Understanding on TPM

•            Understanding of Maximo

•            Understanding of a future stage (Manufacturing 4.0)
