What is your role?

As a Product Line Associate, you will support the Product Line Manager and product team in the execution of product line strategies and day-to-day business activities. You will work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support product lifecycle management, market analysis, product positioning, forecasting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will help ensure that business priorities are executed effectively while contributing to the long-term success and profitability of the product line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product lifecycle management activities, including new product launches, sustaining activities, engineering changes, and end-of-life processes.
  • Assist in short- and long-term business planning by consolidating data, preparing reports, and tracking key actions and deliverables.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitive information, and customer feedback to support product positioning and value proposition development.
  • Analyze customer demand patterns, forecast trends, backlog information, and capacity planning requirements.
  • Coordinate updates to product documentation, presentations, literature, and internal communication materials.
  • Support daily product line activities, including pricing requests, product availability inquiries, item creation support, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to develop and maintain compelling product value propositions and consistent messaging.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to support cost reduction, service improvement, and lead-time optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate product training activities and provide first-level support to Customer Care teams.
  • Support resolution of product, quality, and service-related issues by coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for product simplification, complexity reduction, and continuous improvement through data analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute product line reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decisions

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or related business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and matrix organizations

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Experience supporting product line, product management, or business management activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management and change management processes.
  • Experience analyzing financial, operational, or commercial performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing or commercial activities
