Role Purpose
As Regional Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering and manufacturing strategy for a regional operation, ensuring plants deliver strong performance, cost competitiveness, operational excellence, and readiness for future growth. You will partner closely with business, commercial, operations, and technology teams to align manufacturing capabilities with business goals while driving continuous improvement and organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional engineering strategy aligned with business priorities, market conditions, operational capabilities, and growth plans
- Lead plant and regional performance improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, efficiency, innovation, and supply chain competitiveness
- Define and deliver major capital projects that support expansion, productivity improvement, and long term operational performance
- Build, coach, and strengthen engineering and manufacturing talent while leading division-level transformation initiatives across the region.
Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of manufacturing and/or engineering experience across different stages of the product life cycle
- 7+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or organizations delivering significant performance improvements, innovation, or technical capability expansion
- 5+ years of experience developing and communicating manufacturing strategy and operational plans
- Proven people leadership experience, including talent development, team building, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong strategic thinking, change leadership, and continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced English
