Role Purpose
As Regional Industrial Engineering Manager, you will lead the industrial engineering strategy across multiple manufacturing plants in the Americas. This role is responsible for strengthening manufacturing data accuracy, standardizing SAP PP structures, and advancing digital initiatives that improve production planning, capacity visibility, and operational performance. You will lead a direct technical team while partnering closely with plant engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to drive alignment and results across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the regional industrial engineering strategy, including SAP PP standardization, digital transformation priorities, and capability development across manufacturing sites
- Establish and govern key manufacturing data standards such as routings, work centers, bills of materials, and capacity structures to support accurate planning and execution
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and interns while influencing plant-level industrial engineering teams to adopt best practices and regional standards
- Build and manage a portfolio of digital and data-driven improvement initiatives, including automation and advanced analytics, to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency
Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of industrial engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP, including routings, work centers, bills of materials, and capacity planning structures
- Proven experience leading digital transformation, process automation, or data-driven improvement programs in manufacturing
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and plant leadership teams
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
