What is your role?

As a Supply Chain Planning & Execution Leader, you will help strengthen operational performance by driving a consistent planning and execution process across global teams. This role is focused on improving how supply, demand, and operations come together each week to support business priorities, improve responsiveness, and enable better decision making. You will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and Finance to create alignment and deliver continuous improvements.

 

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Lead the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of planning and execution processes across plants and product lines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support alignment between supply, demand, operations, and financial goals
  • Develop key performance indicators, dashboards, tools, and reporting to improve visibility and execution discipline
  • Support training, governance, and adoption of best practices, especially for teams in the AMER region

 

REQUIREMENTS

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Production Planning, or related areas
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working in planning environments such as S&OE, SIOP, IBP, or similar business processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence in a matrix organization
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Advanced English communication skills

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in global process ownership or regional process deployment
  • Knowledge of APS tools such as Maestro KXS
  • Experience in manufacturing or multinational environments.
