Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Introducción 

El propósito principal de un rol de Seguridad Patrimonial es garantizar la protección de nuestras instalaciones mediante monitoreo constante, control de accesos y respuesta efectiva ante incidentes dentro del recinto. Esta posición desempeña un papel clave en mantener un entorno seguro en todas las operaciones de planta. 

Responsabilidades Clave 

- Monitorear y operar sistemas de vigilancia en todas las instalaciones. 
- Ajustar y reubicar cámaras de seguridad según sea necesario. 
- Realizar rondas de seguridad y responder a alertas de movimiento. 
- Supervisar entradas comerciales y asegurar el control adecuado de accesos. 
- Supervisar autobuses de transporte y su operación segura. 
- Atender problemas relacionados con el acceso y funcionamiento de torniquetes. 
- Apoyar a empleados, colaboradores y equipos de producción en cumplimiento con las políticas de la empresa. 
- Prevenir y responder a incidentes de agresión, ventas o compras ilícitas y peleas físicas. 
- Gestionar el acceso de invitados, visitas y proveedores.
- Asegurar el registro y control adecuado de todo el personal externo que ingresa a las instalaciones. 
- Hacer cumplir las políticas de la empresa y mantener un entorno laboral seguro para todo el personal. 

 

Requisitos 

- Experiencia en operación de sistemas de alarma y respuesta a alertas. 
- Deseable conocimiento en tecnología de cámaras y equipos de vigilancia. 
- Experiencia previa en seguridad patrimonial o corporativa. 
- Comprensión de requisitos aduanales y de cumplimiento comercial, incluyendo estándares C-TPAT y OEA en EE.UU. y México. 
- Conocimiento en manejo de mercancía de importación y exportación. 
- Inglés intermedio, especialmente para responder correos y comunicación escrita. 
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos y moverse entre diferentes localidades de Corning en Reynosa.
