Security Systems Coordinator

Security service technician primary responsibilities will be to support CCTV & access control systems/application for security RY campus operations. 

The main role for the security service technician will be to work in a main team based group with security supervisors and managers but not limited to work with local and corporate Security & IT groups.

 

 

Day to day responsibilities:

Support to RY campus security hardening infrastructure, improvement, technology transformation and systems integration. 

Coordinate and liaise with business and third party suppliers.

Provide support to end users in a timely fashion.

Keep track of incidents to determine root and cause.

Short and long term solutions, thus driving improvement and efficiency in security systems.

Be able to create documentation like “Operations and Support manuals”

Willing to be able on off hours call basis.

Gathers information and/or date independently using established and well defined procedures.

Recommends actions to improve efficiency.

Performs duties within prescribed time frames.
