What is your role?

As a Supply Chain Project Lead, you will lead strategic and transformative supply chain initiatives that support Global Supply Chain objectives and long-term business strategy. By leveraging Lean methodologies, project management expertise, and digital technologies, you will drive operational excellence, improve customer value, and enable sustainable supply chain performance improvements.

This role requires strong collaboration across multiple functions, effective change management, and the ability to translate business needs into process and system solutions that improve efficiency, service, and cost performance.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Partner with internal customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment, execution, and achievement of expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process requirements, and cross-functional system requirements.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and achievements to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Analyze root causes of supply chain challenges and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive process mapping and workflow optimization efforts to improve efficiency and standardization.
  • Support Lean Supply Chain integration initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Ensure process and system enhancement initiatives align with Global Supply Chain strategies and objectives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What do you need to have?

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, including project implementation and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain functions, including forecasting, planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Proven experience utilizing ERP and Supply Chain Management systems to improve operational performance.
  • Strong project management knowledge, including methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience leading successful supply chain transformation, digitalization, or system implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability to new concepts, technologies, and business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, CSCP, or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Experience leading global or multi-site supply chain initiatives.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and supply chain digital transformation programs.
