What is your role?

As a Supply Chain Solutions Super User, you will play a key role in maximizing the performance of supply planning systems while supporting the evolution of digital supply chain capabilities. You will act as the bridge between Supply Chain and IT teams, ensuring system configurations, data structures, and process improvements align with business needs and global standards.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

• Configure and optimize supply planning systems, workflows, parameters, reports, and dashboards to support business requirements and improve planning visibility.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system enhancements and technical solutions.
• Analyze system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation initiatives that increase planning efficiency and user experience.
• Support integrations, upgrades, master data management, and continuous improvement efforts across supply chain technology platforms.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Conversation English
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, system support, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business and system requirements.  
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with supply planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP, OMP, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, and emerging technologies including Generative AI, AI Agents, and Machine Learning applications.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, VBA, JavaScript, or similar. (Nice to have)
