Sr Molding Process Engineer, CLS Reynosa


Implement scientific molding across all molding area.
Communicates knowledge to Engineers & Technicians.
Evaluates new possible resins, in order to have an alternative or option or to obtain a cost reduction.
Establish communication with division engineers.
Quote new equipment.

Fill out AR (Appropriation Request) & CCF (Change Control Form) when applicable.
Provide day-to-day problem-solving support to production, development and research operations.
To trained operators and trades personnel on new equipment and processes.
Uses rigorous processes and technical knowledge to build detailed technical understanding for key process steps.
Trouble shoots material, process and equipment issues, identifies root cause and implements corrective action.
Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes.
Uses simple statistical tools to Designed Experiments (DOE) in improvements and problem-solving process.
Provides direct support to the fundamental comprehension of production processes
Provides support in the execution and plan developing to evaluate new technologies or develop existing technologies, to have as a result a superior quality and cost saving product.
