Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the HR department
  • Support Corporate HR Legal Department
  • Update, review and redact contracts and keep personal information
  • Orientation to new hires
  • Keeps TRESS data base systems updated
  • Track department objectives and goals to meet organizational goals
  • Recommend or suggest a solution on employee corrective actions as Disciplinary Reports
  • Understand and applies Qa & Environmental policy as well as their Objectives
  • Continues improvement
  • Union managament
  • Indicator Managament
  • Integration of mixed commissions
  • Follow up and update to the internal labor regulation and the collective bargaining agreement

 

Must have

  • Bilingual    
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial relations
  • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law
  • Knowledge of IMSS, ISR and Infonavit
  • Knowledge of NOM (including 035)
  • Office management (Excel mainly)
