Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.


  • Lead the definition and ensure the execution of the LATAM HR Strategy
  • Provide analytical and strategic support for key HR processes
  • Improve HR processes and solving root causes of problems based on fundamental understanding
  • Support as Belt for the HR function projects portfolio with focus on high impact initiatives
  • Champion project management best practice across Human Resources
  • Provide timely inputs to workload planning and project prioritization processes
  • Regularly compiles relevant and up-to-date consolidated reports and other materials that can be used to update senior leaders and key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Keep track of HR scorecards and timely identify opportunity areas to implement action plans to improve them



  • Professional degree, MBA preferred
  • Strong leadership and influential skills, assertiveness, and the ability to find creative solutions and achieve results in an ambiguous environment
  • Green Belt certification
  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards in PowerBI
  • Ability to manage conflicts by identifying the common goals and needs of the parties involved in conflict
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Experience Managing individual, team or organizational change (Change Management frameworks knowledge)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
  • Global Mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in matrix environment
  • Fluent English is a must
