Talent Programs Manager

  • Designing, deployment and management of different rotational programs partnering with universities or educational institutions to bring talent at different levels to strengthen pipeline
  • Partners with Talent Development to leverage experiences, materials and tools aligned with Talent Planning objectives
  • Develops methods for evaluation of programs effectiveness and re-designs/improves accordingly
  • Develops policies and governance principles for programs and recommends modifications to operating policies
  • Designing, deployment and management of development programs for specific talent groups like Talent to Watch and junior positions
  • Designs & Facilitates training and on boarding courses related to pipeline programs
  • Explores new ways on professional development for accelerating readiness of talent participating in programs
  • Acts as an Advisor/Consultant for different groups within the organization in topics related to pipeline, talent pools, etc.
  • Develops and maintains networking/connections with Global mobility and immigration team in support to the execution of rotational programs

Presents to stakeholders’ status and results of programs and acts as an advocate of participants with leadership for career advancement
