Purpose of Position.              

To improve and sustain maintenance reliability and low maintenance costs.

 

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position.

  • Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented  
  • Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques                                                                    
  • Developing implementation plans and schedules to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our processes  
  • Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.  
  • Improving health and safety policies and procedures  
  • Innovate maintenance

 

Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements.

  • Reliability techniques: (RCM / TPM)
  • LOTO Training / certification
  1. Education.
  • Technical degree in Engineering            
  1. Work Experience

·       2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance area  

·      Experience handling Computerizing Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)  

·      Understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing  

·      Spare parts and tooling management  

·      Root cause analysis experience  

  • Understanding of TPM methodology (preferred)

Experiences/Education - Required

  • High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
  • Beginning job content knowledge

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences
  • 1-3 years work experience
