Tool Room Technician

  • Perform Preventative maintenance injection plastic Molds
  • Plan and Schedule Mold Preventative Maintenance
  • Responsible for Molds Corrective maintenance and troubleshoot
  • Support Engineering department on the of New Molds Introduction
  • Provide improvement ideas to reduce PM lead time on Molds
  • Support Molding Process Technicians on Molds/Machine/Process problems
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting, in the assembly and packaging and peripheral equipment’s
  • Implement new improvement ideas to reduce time in molds to increase the availability
  • Support Maintenance and Facility areas
  •  Detect and solve equipment failures according to the routines and maintenance procedures
  •  Update CMMS System and close all the work orders.
  • Support to engineering and quality teams in new projects, engineering changes and quality issues
  • Help to control spare parts usage
  • Follow up to TPM activities and metrics
