Corning Optical Communications is seeking a highly motivated and creative Visual Communications & Administrative Intern to support our Corporate Communications team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about visual storytelling, brand alignment, and operational excellence. The intern will contribute to the development of employer branding content while assisting with administrative coordination to ensure the smooth execution of communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visual Communication Support
· Design branded visual assets for recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and onboarding materials.
· Create digital content such as banners, infographics, one-pagers, and short-form videos for social media.
· Ensure all deliverables align with Corning’s global brand guidelines and messaging.
· Organize and maintain internal asset libraries and content files.
· Administrative Coordination
· Assist with invoice submissions, vendor communications, and documentation tracking.
· Support event logistics, including scheduling, internal communications, and material preparation.
· Help with calendar management, team reporting, and budget documentation.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and Finance teams.
Required Qualifications:
· Senior-year student or recent graduate in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Proactive, creative thinker with an interest in brand communications and corporate culture.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
