Supply Planner

The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous supply of materials, products and inputs necessary for the company's operations. He/she acts strategically and analytically, aligning demand with supply capacity, optimizing stocks and minimizing risks of rupture or excess.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct market and feasibility studies for supply operations, both for imported and domestic products;
• Ensure the supply of materials according to demand, considering lead times, inventory policies and production capacity;
• Manage and improve supply and import planning processes;
• Work together with the demand planning, purchasing, logistics and production areas to ensure the efficient flow of materials;
• Participate in the structuring and evolution of the Supply area within the company;
• Use analysis tools such as advanced Excel and Power BI to support decision-making;
• Carry out material planning based on sales forecasts, consumption history and production strategies;
• Monitor and adjust supply plans according to variations in demand and supplier availability;
• Monitor and control inventory levels, proposing actions to optimize inventory;
• Interact with areas such as Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, PLM, Foreign Trade and Sales to ensure alignment of operational needs;
• Use ERP systems and planning tools (MRP/DRP) to analyze and execute activities;
• Prepare reports and dashboards with performance indicators (KPIs) for the area (OTIF, inventory, fcst accuracy);
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, proposing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
• Support and guide junior team professionals, when necessary.

Academic Background

• Higher education in Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related areas.

Experience

• Previous experience in supply, materials or demand planning, preferably in industrial environments or with a strong presence in imports;
• Experience in import processes and materials planning.


Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems;
• Knowledge of planning methodologies (MRP, S&OP, Kanban;
• Advanced Excel (pivot table, V-lookup, dashboards) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI);
• Advanced English (mandatory).

• Ability to structure processes;
• Analytical and results-oriented profile;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Organization, proactivity and sense of urgency;
• Ability to work in a team and deal with multiple areas.

Plus

• Postgraduate degree or specialization courses in Supply Chain or Logistics;
• Experience in industrial or multinational environments.
