APAC Regional Procurement Manager

Role Purpose

Leading and managing procurement activities across the assigned region to ensure cost efficiency, supply continuity, quality compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role support regional sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to support operational and strategic goals on region grow and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•    Develop and implement regional procurement strategies in alignment with company objectives
•    Manage supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, service, and compliance
•    Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities, value improvement initiatives, and process efficiencies
•    Ensure supply continuity and proactively mitigate procurement and supply chain risks, secure material delivery and no disrupt in production
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global suppliers
•    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, and business leadership
•    Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supplier capabilities to support informed sourcing decisions
•    Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing standards
•    Support contract management, including review of commercial terms and supplier agreements
•    Drive standardization and best practices across procurement processes within the region
•    Prepare and present procurement performance reports, savings achievements, risk assessments, and supplier updates to management
•    Lead regional procurement projects and support business expansion, localization, and supplier development initiatives
•    Build a capable team to support business grow

Education & Experience

•   Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or related fields.

•   Minimum of 7–10 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, with regional or international exposure preferred.

Required Skills

•  Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
•  Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), MS office, experience with supply chain digital tools & analytics, Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel for performance tracking.
•  Strong analytical and financial acumen 
•  Effective communication and presentation skills

•  High level of integrity and compliance awareness.
•  Excellent English verbal & written communication (business fluent); able to work effectively in multi cultural, multi time zone global environment.

Desired Skills

CIPS, CPSM certification is a plus
