Ongoing Responsibility

  • Develop business relationships with multi-level decision-makers at selected China HDD OEMs and supply chain
  • Help establishing and meeting overall yearly sales budget and targeted share in China.
  • Design in current and future business platforms through contracts and LTSAs at key China OEMs or catalyzers.
  • Coordinate OEM/supply chain and internal resources to resolve customer complaints and product related issues.
  • Actively involve in OEM design-in projects, exchange of technical information, seminars, customer calls or problem solving, etc.
  • Provide short term and long term forecast inputs for responsible accounts so that OEM demand can be met.
  • Use selected sales tools (e.g. Account Plan, SUG, Platform spreadsheet) periodically as set out by management to communicate account status and needs
  • Understanding of Corning Environmental Technology (CET) products, their end-use applications (Mobile Emissions - Diesel vehicles), and the immediate supply chain network and requirements related to supply of after treatment systems to specific local China Diesel OEMs
  • Understand legislation, trends and requirements for the China market.

 

Education & Experience  

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Auto Engineering is preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years sales or engineering experience with track record (multi-national company experience preferred)
  • Preferred with experience in handling China diesel OEMs
