Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Handles details of items that are critical in nature on a daily basis
• Makes contact with internal and external executive leadership on matters that are of a sensitive nature to the company
• Work/Life Balance Flexibility: Management of executive during business hours and after hours when required
• Maintain calendar, phone and travel details
• Interface directly with MC and Corporate Officers and their executive assistant.
• Manage all aspects of calendar, phone and travel
• Event Planning: Offsite executive meetings/events, recognition, team building
• Manage and process expense reports using Concur
• Proactively directs, collects, and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings for executives, internal and external individuals, customer meetings, as well as materials for high level corporate meetings (internal and external)
• Manage complex travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and proactively stays ahead of changes; including management of all travel documents as required
• Manage and maintain supplies for office
• Initiate and manage purchase order processes and procedures
Education & Experience
- Education:Bachelor and Above
- Experience:3+ years of working experience;
Required Skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, professional English writing skills of business letters preferred.
• Proficiency in Office Microsoft and SAP Concur
• Team player with good interpersonal communication skill
• Relevant working experience in MNC, preferred
