Daily responsibilities

  • Working with Corning’s business and identify suitable branding opportunities for Campus, online/offline platforms (including social medias, job boards, job fairs and events)
  • Working with each Universities career offices and plan for campus drives and students’ engagement
  • Execute branding strategy and events across Asia Region
  • Driving innovative ideas in promoting Corning as a best employer across the industries
  • Plan and Design marketing materials for Recruitment events across Asia
  • Working with leadership to identify professional networks and branding opportunities
  • Educate internal and external customers on Corning’s employer branding and values
  • Working with each site Talent Acquisition Manager to develop suitable campaign and strategy for their hiring needs
  • Partnership with suppliers – RPO and Branding Agencies in materials development for recruitment


Role Requirements:

  • Passionate, agile, creative, staying update with modern recruitment marketing tools and upcoming trend
  • 4 years plus recruitment experience, preferable in MNCs
  • Previous program or project experience in Campus recruitment is highly preferred
  • Good engagement skills, able to execute programs based on planning and design
  • Excellent Team player
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese both written and spoken
