Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting
  • Share responsibilities with forecasting function within the Business Operations team to refresh and report short-term and long-term customer demand forecasts
  • Assist managers for data collection, report drafting, meeting arrangements and meeting facilitation, etc.
• Database management
  • Independently manage database, constantly track and reflect commercial forecast into the database
  • Data collection from account team, data & info alignment within Business Operation team, commercial team, and division forecasting functions
  • Timely collect, track, process and report other commercial relevant data into master database and reports
  • Improve the excel database dashboard as per business needs
• Leadership support
  • Support Business Operations Managers in drafting internal reporting decks to Corning Display leadership and external decks for customer engagement
  • Support and facilitate operational events, meetings, training, etc.
• Allocation of the above main responsibilities may change depending on business needs

Education & Experience  

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or other similar disciplines from reputable Chinese/overseas universities
• >=3 years of experiences in commercial, data analysis, data processing, and other related functions in MNCs

Required Skills                                                

• Strong data processing & analytical skills, especially Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and flexibility for variable work allocation
• Good business acumen and commercial sense
• Outstanding presentation and slide writing skills (in both English and Chinese)
• Independent self-starter, taking initiative to resolve issues and identify opportunities
