Purpose of the Position:
To lead melting quality architecture, control and continuous improvement, and ensure no issue product leak to customer.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Lead melting product quality architecture deployment and improvement, including quality document update, define appropriate process control tool and methodology, process quality improvement and risk assessment.
• Co-work with cross function for new tank/product qualification
• Lead and coordinate plant resource for plant non-conformity product handling
• Analyze process capability and product attribute compliance to find out the improvement opportunity
• Co-work with division and sister plant for quality architecture optimization, best practice sharing and migration
• Coordinate quality related projects with production and engineering teams to support process/product improvement.
• Lead customer complaint case investigation and make sure effectiveness of improvement action.
Project involved with:
• New tank startup
• Handle product qualification process, data collection and analysis. Review with PE.
• Support Div. Program to achieve Division strategy goal.
• Lead aDMAIC/DMAIC projects.

Education & Experience:

• B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major.
• At least 3 years work experience in QA function or process engineering.
• Experience in Optoelectronics industry would be a plus.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.
• Logical thinking and data oriented.
• Problem solving and decision skill.
• Good English comprehension in listening, speaking, writing and reading.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent in data analysis/ Statistical using skill are preferred.
