 Purpose of the Position

The GREATER ASIA Commercial Operation Manager optimizes the day to day efficiency of the GREATER ASIA commercial board execution facilitating the regional organization to move forward and to reach the next level. Supporting the organizational transformation in close collaboration and alignment with global and regional business process transformation teams developing the future set of analytic tools, processes and improve cross functional alignment with different departments strategy execution including but not restricted to Pricing, S&OP, leads generation and follow up; channels, key accounts, SFDC usage…. linked to new market segments strategies. Highly connected into the cross functional GREATER ASIA regional leadership. Commercial Operation Manager operates with Commercial Board Director and his staff to prepare the foundations of the future successes into the region by leading or participating into different cross-functional projects to keep providing the appropriate analytics and meeting all new segments and commercial leader’s needs.

- Day to Day Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between commercial director and other leaders in the GREATER ASIA organization and major stakeholders.

• Build and develop relationships with all GREATER ASIA leaders for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations. Working with commercial director and executives on special projects.

• Serve as a subject matter expert handling all types of analysis and functional data points that will have to be used by the Commercial leaders in their execution.

• Coordinate or lead commercial projects to drive sales excellence in Greater Asia Participate in different cross functional projects as the main Commercial resource." -  - Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree or above. Major in biology, marketing, technology preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Sales, Marketing, Channel roles Desired

• 3+ years in a business or executive management role

 - Required Skills 

• Fluency in the English language

• Experienced in business analysis with the tools of MS excel and PowerBI etc. Soft Skills

• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form able to influence and engage others to get to the solution

• Extremely versatile with good level of resilience dedicated to efficient productivity

• Experience planning and leading projects or initiatives in a very well-organized mode with the right level of leadership

• Ability to diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the commercial director

• Excellent problem-solving skills associated to robust analytical skills

• Self-motivation and highly resourceful

• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with minimum supervision
