Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Use of control system fundamental via industrial controllers for achieving the desired target of the product/process parameters/attributes.
- Analyze control problems and propose solutions on the basis of classical or modern control theory.
- Design control system hardware and software for manufacturing process. Develop or modify control systems including data acquisition, data display, control charts and control algorithms.
- Work with process engineers to conduct process improvement experiments and manufacturing studies. Statistics analysis of manufacturing and experimental data to find process upset root causes and appropriate solution. It involves the application of fundamental knowledge and methods for understanding physical phenomena to achieve specified characteristics and criteria for products and processes.
- Participate in all stages of manufacturing processes.
- Transfer of technology to manufacturing operation with full implementation of training and documentation systems (SOP, SOS and Training).
Requirements:
- MS Degree above+ in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Automation, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, Control Theory & Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical & Electricity Engineering, Power System & Automation, Measurement & Instrument or Computer Engineering.
- Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering and Thermal Engineering with Control fundamental background.
