Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess and execute potential mergers, acquisitions and investments by the company
  • Guide target research, conduct target & business case analysis, build detailed financial models, and lead the execution of transactions
  • Work with business, finance, legal, tax and other related corporate functions to define deal structures and boundaries to achieve business objectives
  • Lead or support the negotiation with targets or partners on external development initiatives
  • Develop a network of investment banks and industry experts with a goal of understanding market trends and identifying future acquisition candidates.

Education & Experience

  • 5-10 years post MBA from a leading educational institution
  • Technical undergraduate preferred. Comfortable working with the technology community
  • Work experience in corporate M&A, investment banking or M&A advisory services
  • Overseas experience or working experience in multinational companies preferred

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, strong leadership & team building skills
  • Demonstrated familiarity with investment transactions in Asia, with project management experience
  • Good command of English and presentation skills

Desired Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve challenging objectives in a complex environment where successful engagement of internal and external stakeholders are required
  • Familiar with a major international corporate environment; ideally have overseas study/working experience
