Day to Day Responsibilities: 

Work with multiple teams for sales order execution and follow up, including:
-    Receive, validate and enter customer orders accurately and timely. 
-    Provide Order Acknowledge and shipping docs to customer timely.
-    Collect customer signed EUC and get TC approval against customer PO.
-    Track actual ship date to ally with promised date and implement corrective actions when necessary.
-    Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Commercial, Planning, Shipping,  Finance, Trade Compliance, Corporate Credit, and external customers for quick response and problem solving
Coordinate with customer and financial on AR collection, work with sales team to reconcile overdue payment and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
Sales data consolidation
Support customer sample and complaint  
Team back up and commercial project supports as needed 


Requirements: Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, prefer major in English or International trade related
Semiconductor/Optics company work experience is preferred 
3+ years working experience as CSR, prefer in commercial team 


Requirements: Required Skills                                                
Customer oriented, patient and responsible, Good English writing, can speak fluently 
Understood International Trade process and familiar with incoterm and Ocean and air shipments , familiar with custom and bonded warehouse process is preferred 
Good communication skill, teamwork spirit
Familiar to use office software_ Excel, Word and Power point                                            

Familiar with  Oracle or other ERP system 
Basic financial knowledge
