Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Provide business partnership for  International leadership to support key programs

• Provide business partnership for manufacturing and engineering leadership in Asia to support mfg cost reduction and gross margin improvement programs

• Champion  International businesses to focus on value drivers - Sales growth, free cash flow and ROIC in the regions

• Directs and evaluates efforts to strengthen internal controls and optimize business processes by reviewing performance metrics and reports as well as implementing new policies and procedures as needed

• Guide and support  International regional control and FP&A (financial Planning & Analysis) activities to support decision making and optimize results

• Responsible for development and execution of planning and budgeting, as well as of financial and management reporting procedures

• Oversees the development of performance standards, ensuring metrics are realistic and attainable; drives improvements through change initiatives

• Directs a team, conducts goal setting and performance appraisal processes to prioritize and align with overall  International division and function wide goals and objectives, coach talent, and serves as an organizational resource

• Be a part of Asia Talent Management team to continue to develop talents in Asia

• Other Ad hoc financial analysis and strategic works as needed by  International management teams

Education & Experience Needed:

• 10~15+ Year progress working experience in financial management in mfg., control and / or treasury.
• MBA preferred
• CPA preferred
