Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal control and compliance project in Great China entities and Corning International locations to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place in all entities of Great China and Corning International locations to meet SOX requirements
  • Ensure implementation of corporate policies and procedures and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Identify the best practices in the region and implement in the other entities
  • Provide Internal Control training and coaching to Finance team to improve the awareness of company policies and procedures
  • Support local finance team in the region
  • Ad-hoc Projects / Tasks
    • To manage the support to various business partners and projects as requested;
    • Support local finance team in the region, i.e. help to close the book of one unit;
    • Coordinate intercompany charges and transactions, etc.

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree with major in finance or related fields
  • CPA, ACCA or CIA

Required skills:

  • 10+ year’s experiences in both external audit and internal audit function
  •  Big4 experiences preferred
  • Manufacturing industry with the responsibility for SOX/Internal Control
  • Sound knowledge of PRC&US GAAP
  • Internal Control and SOX framework

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Good language skills both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to write report concisely and clearly
  • Must be adept in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet and email
