Day to Day Responsibilities:

18~24 months’ plant assignments in two different manufacturing plants, the candidate for this position will assist the plant controller to -

  • Ensure timely and accurate close of book that is fully compliant to US/statutory/corporate requirement;
  • Perform plant cost and inventory management related activities;
  • Assist Plant Controller with completion of the month end reporting package;
  • Partner with business to enhance their understanding of plant spending, resolve issues, and correct errors;
  • Support financial forecast and plan (short term and long term) of the plant and track towards it;
  • Develop financial plan (short term and long term) of the plant and track towards it;
  • Perform and enhance control process of the plant, including SOX, capital spending control, etc.;
  • Support other ad hoc projects as requested.

6 months’ functional assignments in 2 of the function teams in China, functions include but not limited to the following –

  • CSS Asia
  • Internal control
  • FP&A

Sequence and duration of above 2 main modules might change based on availability of each team.
 

Education & Experience

  • Must be willing to relocate to other cities for 1 or 2 years for the program training;
  • Must be willing to go to the city that company assigns, after graduation from the program;
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent, MBA is preferred;
  • Strong Finance/Accounting Background, knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, CPA or ACCA preferred;
  • 4-5 years work experience in Finance function of multi-national company environment;
  • Familiar with SAP or PS system will be a plus;
