Day to Day Responsibilities:

  1.     Support China HR director
  • Day to day secretarial support to HRD, including calendar management, meetings/appointments arrangement with internal and external contacts and travel arrangement.
  • Monthly HR data collection and update
  • Organize and support HR department events and activities
  • Coordinate oversea colleagues’ visit to China
  • Other admin tasks assigned by HRD

   

  1.     Training administration
  • Collect training enrollments and maintain training records
  • Provide training logistics support for classroom trainings
  • Coordinate training sessions per needs
  • Handle training expense payment
  • Support E-learning problems solving
  • Other training logistics daily support per needs

 

  1. General HR department administration job
  • Support HR Department daily operation
  • Support other HR work and projects when necessary

 

Education & Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant HR admin experience in Multi-national companies

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Work independently with team spirit
  • Good computer skills in MS Office, especially excel and PPT

 

Desired Skills  

  • Training support experience is a plus
