Purpose of the Position:

Partner/Work with HR manager to support C&B, recruitment & training and development activity, employee relationship, performance management and other HR general activity. Participant in the HR project to build a positive working environment to retain the talent.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for monthly payroll and related reports
  • Be responsible for plant HR Budget planning & tracking
  • Ensure employees’ C&B follow up the company benefits program.
  • Handling employee in & out procedure in compliance with government regulation
  • Support HR system project for upgrade and modification
  • Support for attendance system maintenance and ensure data accuracy

Recruitment & Training Coordinator

  • Support COE for hiring process including interview arrangement, collect interview evaluation, on boarding and so on.
  • Support for the process of employee movement
  • Support and maintain training annual plan.
  • Organize or coordinate training activity per training plan.
  • Follow up training policy and procedure.
  • Organize orientation activity for new comer regular.
  • Searching new agency and training course for workshop’s special requirements.
  • Responsible for training systems and follow up completion status.

Other HR General Activity

  • Support HRM on plant talent review and planning
  • Support HRM for performance management and talent development
  • Be responsible for Probation & labor contract management.
  • Support plant climate or others survey and implementation action plan
  • Support customer/ISO audits if any
  • Support plant culture activities
  • Organize quarterly communication meetings
  • Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements)
  • Other works assigned by immediate supervisor.


  • Bachelor’s degree or above and majored in Human Resources
  • Above 3 years relevant working experience in HR related area
  • Experience in Multi-national company


Required Skills

  • Above 2 years working experience in C&B or HR relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coordination capability
  • Good English and PC skills


  • Know well about China Labor Law, China Labor Contract Law and relevant byelaws and regulations
  • Good skills of data analysis and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel skills
  • A positive team player, Independent, detail oriented.
