Scope of Position: 
• This role will assist with supporting the Data, Information, and Analytics (DIA) Team supported applications.
• This role is for the AP Region to ensure the DIA Ops team has 24x7 coverage
• This role will also assist in project work as needed.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manages the overnight (EST) jobs and assists when issues arise
• Provides hand-off to NA DIA Ops Team for issues that arise overnight (EST)
• Assists with analysis of process/problems in support of the DIA supported applications.
• Works on issues/requests that are routed to the DIA and adheres to the SLA as defined by the ITSD Priority Matrix
• Works on assigned project work and provides handoff to NA project team
 

Education Requirements: BS degree preferred
Work Experience: 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Experience with development in Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server), particularly V2016
• Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control
• Process oriented / Process improvement skillset
• Strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity effectively and deliver results
• Attention to details
• Dynamic, self-motivated work structure
• Works well independently and within a team setting
 

Desired Skills:
• Experience with Control-M Scheduler
• Experience in Microsoft Power BI
• Experience using Service Now for ticket routing
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
• Strong understanding of support requirements’ value to the IT support organizations as well as the users
