The project leader will lead and deliver IT service delivery projects in support of business requirements. Delivers structured complex projects that are successful based on the defined project management metrics.


  • Lead all aspects of a project (initiation, planning, execution, close-out) following the define process
  • Provide leadership to both project team and stakeholders to produce project deliverables efficiently and effectively
  • Improve execution of projects and tool implementation/use
  • Highlighting and forcing of decisions in the environment
  • Build trust with business & functional users, stakeholders and team members alike, with empathy, proactive communication and negotiations
  • Ensure the development and execution of a comprehensive change management and communication plan
  • Articulate progress, milestones achieved, risks & issues and financial management to internal and external stakeholder, help the team anticipate and prevent issues with adequate risk management and laser focus on goal-orientation
  • Supervise project resource and SME to ensure clear expectations on their roles and responsibilities and alignment to the program/project goals
  • Accountable for overall financials regardless of the type of funding model, for the program and align with corporate financial guideline
  • Drive guidance and leadership around resource planning against the prioritized portfolio of projects. Engage with the project teams and the business to understand project resource needs Provide comprehensive visibility into project status even for those projects not directly involved
  • Work closely with IT QA team to ensure the program meets compliance requirements (SOX, legal, audit, etc.)
  • Provide leadership expertise on Agile product delivery working very closely with Agile coach and Scrum masters

Technical Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience in ERP and manufacturing technologies (i.e. SAP, Camstar, Camline, etc.) and cloud implementations
  • Able to explain technical concepts in a non-technical language
  • Business process modeling and analysis tools and techniques
  • Building and maintaining a business process repository, using tools such as EA, BPMS or BP analysis tools
  • Experience with testing and security frameworks for project deployments

  • Proven project management skills—from idea inception to completion, and thorough evaluation.
  • Ability to reach out across the organization and communicate with people at different levels, with diverse needs and agendas; related capabilities include facilitation and teaming skills.
  • Ability to analyze project needs, balance competing interests, determine resources needs and problem solve in a global and virtual environment.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related field
  • Operational experience in an IT environment
  • Project experience by leading projects; following standard project management process
  • Has dealt with financials rudimentary understanding – budgeting
  • Management of people in terms of having direct reports and/or having lead projects
  • Work experience that required them to communicate at /facilitate meeting with groups of ten or more people
