Import/Export Specialist (Contractor)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Arrange and process whole inbound process for materials, trading finished goods and spare parts, including shipping arrangement, tracking, import customs clearance, documentation preparation, collection and retention.
• Arrange and process outbound and domestic shipments, including shipping documents preparation, collection and retention.
• Provide daily and monthly relevant report
•  Keep abreast with customs regulations and their changes. Ensure the impact of changes is understood correctly and enough attention is brought to relevant parties.

Requirements: Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or Business Administration
• Working experience in import / export in manufacturing company is preferred
