Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Ensuring the delivery on time and compliance of import and export operations. Trouble shooting about daily operation with other functionality, such as planning, engineering, purchasing and forwarder. Basic import & export routine job

Day to Day Responsibility：

• Manage daily import and export customs declaration.
• Trouble shooting any abnormal case with other department, such as engineering, production, planning and purchasing, focus on the normal consumption. External communication, such as forwarder, Customs, CIQ, Commission of Commerce bureau, and latest regulation updated. Ensure the compliance of China Authority principles.
• HTS classification and apply for COO and FORM E
• To handle import/export Customs clearance, including shipping documents verification, coordination with forwarder and broker for international transportation and clearance status control, cooridnation with relevant department for shipment delivery, operating logistics system for declaration data input and in charge of filing.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements)

Education & Experience  ：

• Know EHS relevant law and regulations
• Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).

Required skills:

• 2 years experience in Imp & Exp
• English is workable
• PC skill with office software

• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

Soft Skills:

• Good understanding of culture different between different countries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Team player
• Work under pressure
