The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success.  It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation.  GSM has leading edge, effective processes to anticipate and exceed customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with the logistics team to understand system requirements and objectives
•    Assist in the configuration and customization of the logistics system to meet specific business needs
•    Support data migration and cleansing activities to ensure accurate and complete data transfer to the new system
•    Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve any system issues or discrepancies
•    Assist in training end-users on the functionality and usage of the new logistics system
•    Provide ongoing support to end-users by addressing system-related questions or concerns
•    Assist in documenting system processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
•    Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the logistics system with other business systems
•    Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement
•    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics system implementation to propose innovative solutions
 

Requirements:
•    Currently pursuing a degree in logistics, supply chain management, information systems, or a related field
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
•    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
•    Previous experience or coursework related to logistics systems or implementation is a plus
•    Familiarity with logistics systems and technologies is preferred but not required
