Role Purpose

This position is responsible for logistics operations related to regional distribution, aiming to deliver best-in-class logistics service and excellence to Asia customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key liaison with internal and external customers/stakeholders across the Asia region. Responsible for daily order processing, ERP system management, import & export activities, international freight arrangements, customs affairs, 3PL warehouse management, 3PL logistics supplier management, customer complaint handling and improvement, and transportation operations.

  • Additional responsibilities include solving operational problems, conducting data analysis and preparing reports, as well as creating and optimizing processes. The role also requires completion of other tasks that are assigned by the line manager or as required by company.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Colleague or above
  •  Minimum 3 years of work experience in logistics and distribution operations

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Proficiency in SAP with solid hands-on experience is a plus.
  • Solid hands-on experience in project management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (PBI) is a plus.
  • Expertise in English or familiarity with another Asian language (e.g., Korean, Japanese) is a plus.
  • Certification in LEAN, Six Sigma, DBS, PMP, CPIM, or CSSP is a plus.
