Using unique expertise in the fields of materials science, surface science, optics, biochemistry and biology, the segment provides innovative solutions that improve productivity and enable breakthrough discoveries.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the key liaison with internal and external customers/stakeholders across the Asia region. 
1.Responsible for daily order processing, ERP system management, import & export activities, international freight arrangements, customs affairs, 3PL warehouse management, 3PL logistics supplier management, customer complaint handling and improvement, and transportation operations. 
2.Additional responsibilities include solving operational problems, conducting data analysis and preparing reports, as well as creating and optimizing processes. 
3.The role also requires completion of other tasks that are assigned by the line manager or as required by company.

Experiences/Education - Required

1.Colleague or above
2.Stronger capabilities in logistics import & export, supported by Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
3.Can work under pressure;
4.Solid English proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication, with the ability to interact directly with overseas customers (e.g., Korea, Japan) to address operational issues.
5.Hands-on proficiency in office software, especially practical data-handling skills in Excel.
