Maintenance Engineer

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation and maintenance of process and process equipment.
• Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause investigations to implement corrective actions.
• Execute and follow up preventive maintenance plans. And keep the records. And organize the AAR meeting with related functions.
• Leading the troubleshooting to minimize downtime and production impact.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, operating logs, permits, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Analysis on product loss and time loss, provide a clear problem statement for next continuous improvement.
• Respond promptly to unexpected equipment failures, conduct analysis and repair, minimize downtime, and ensure normal production operations.
• Work to comply company objectives and goals on Safety and EHS requirement, obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing companies is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in automotive components, electronics, semiconductor is preferred.

Required Skills

• Good hands-on capability and practical. Problem Analysis skills and problem-solving skills.

• Documentation skills (SOP, MTBF & MTTR report).

• Knowledge of maintenance, knowledge of equipment troubleshooting methodologies.
• Mechanical background should be able to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation. With knowledge of pneumatic/ Servo/ maintenance of mechanical transmission components, including bearings, gears, chains, belts, and couplings. Experience with AutoCAD.
• Electrical control background should be able to interpret electrical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation. With knowledge of PLC/ Servo/ Smart camera/ AOI configuration and debug.
• Ability to identify issues and follow through on corrective actions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of PM and EHS requirements.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems, CMMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety management and environmental protection practices is preferred.
• Experience with automatic assembly process & snow-clean & AOI maintenance is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent issues when needed.
