Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic programs that support business performance, operational excellence, and long-term organizational priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, business objectives, and executive leadership priorities.
  • Develop data-driven growth, investment, and go-to-market strategies, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Partner with senior leaders across business, technology, finance, and operations to identify, prioritize, and accelerate strategic growth opportunities.
  • Independently lead large-scale, complex projects, driving decision-making, managing key stakeholders, and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight.
  • Proactively engage across the corporation to build alignment, influence strategic direction, and resolve cross-functional challenges.
  • Represent strategic initiatives with executive stakeholders, preparing recommendations, presenting insights, and driving discussions with senior leadership

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related required
  • 5-10 yrs+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, or corporate development
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous business challenges using data-driven insights
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing project & people across functions and regions

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • MBA
  • Experience in top-notch consulting and/or complex global organizations preferred
