Day to Day Responsibilities:
•    Be responsible to drive sales of the product lines with the main initiatives below
    Launch new products
    Drive sales for new and focused products 
    Lead product custom to address special demands from customers
    Lead product development by outsourcing etc 

•    Responsible to increase product P&L with main initiatives below
    Drive product localization
    Develop annual pricing strategy and control pricing realization 
    Support plant cost reduction projects
    Optimize the product mix

Education & Experience  
•    Master degree or above
•    3 years working experiences in Life Sciences industry
•    Experience with cell culture is preferred

Required Skills                                                
•    Fluent in both English and Chinese of Oral and Written
•    Strong cross-function coordination skill and good at problem solving
•    Familiar with market dynamics and key players
