Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop group objectives and action plan to support business goals of company;
  • Plans, organizes, leads and controls the effective use of people and operation to ensure timely and cost effective manufacturing of products;
  • Monitor production status, measure production performance and work out corrective actions closely; 
  • Drive production to strictly follow process procedure to build high quality products;
  • Leads and organizes production group for continuous quality improvement;
  • Ensure production is in line with ISO, EHS and AME requirement;
  • Manage production sub-system, such as shift competition, 5S, Kaizen and communication etc;
  • Control group expense within budget and headcount to ensure reaching the required economic targets;
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure smooth production and on time delivery; 
  • Coordinate shifts and other departments to ensure department performance reach target;
  • Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • At least 5 years experiences in production;
  • At least 2 years management experience ;
  • Engineering background.

  • Manufacturing knowledge;
  • Good communication skill;
  • Leadership skill;
  • Fluent English;
  • Safety regulation and environmental protection knowledge.
